- Daily living supports: assistance with eating, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Household tasks: help with chores, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home
- Safety and Health: Assist with medication administration, transportation to medical appointments, behavioral support, and emergency response planning
- Independence- Offer self advocacy and assistance with decision making skills and community based activities

Hello my name is Markesh Crawford and I have the pleasure of introducing myself as the founder and director of Care Connect Healthcare Services, LLC. Care Connect Healthcare Services, LLC was established in June 2025 and serves Toledo, OH and surrounding areas. We are a small agency providing comprehensive services that allow individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities to live independently in their homes with our assistance. I started in the DD field in 2008 as a Direct Support Professional. At that time I wasn't exactly sure of my long-term career goals, but I knew it was something in the healthcare field as I have always had the compassion to assist others. I consider myself a natural nurturer. I went back to school to further my education and was promoted within the company where I worked. I gained all my knowledge and experience in the DD field as a Residential Services Supervisor working directly with SSAs, guardians, and other team members to support the individuals we served. My vision for Care Connect Healthcare Services, LLC is to continue focusing on empowering independence, fostering dignity, and creating a nurturing environment for the individuals we serve as we enter their homes.
